BIO: This will be Tim's 2nd year as head coach of the S.C. Corinthians Football Inc. team. He has also advised the club with the WBL2 team in 2019. Tim has a wealth of knowledge and experience in Football. He has previously coached at NPL level and is a born leader. S.C. Corinthians Football Inc. are proud to be utilising the services of Tim for our newly formed Wide Bay League 1 team.

Thank you to all Alloway Football Club Inc. coaches/assistant coaches/managers for their commitment during the 2019 season. The club is again looking to appoint committed individuals to fill our official roles for the 2020 season. The club is happy to have qualified and experienced officials available, however if you are willing to follow the FFA Curriculum and willing to do your coaching levels, if applying to coach, we will give you a try. Please Note: In the interest of PLAYER & CHILD SAFETY, Alloway Football Club Inc. requires that all its officials (Junior & Senior) are to have a current Blue Card or be in the process of applying for a Blue Card. All positions are now open, and we are seeking coaches/managers/assistant coaches for the following age groups:

  • U6’s to U11’s Mini Roos: Coaches and Managers.

  • U12 Mini-Roo Competition, U13, U14 Competitions: Coaches/Assistant Coaches/Managers

  • U16 Competitions (if team available): Coaches/Assistant Coaches/Managers

  • Senior Men: Wide Bay League (if nominated), Division 2 & Division 3.

  • Senior Ladies: Division 2

The objective to being an Alloway Football Club Inc. official is to ensure the successful coaching/managing of the team and support and encourage, as well as lead your team to effective team building and sportsmanship. 

Responsibilities required are:

  • Adhering to the FFA, and Alloway FC Coach’s Code of Conduct.

  • Adhering to the FFA Respect Campaign.

  • Following the implementation of the FFA National Curriculum.

  • If coaching/assistant coach: Coaching qualifications provided are suitable for the age group being applied for.

(Alloway Football Club Inc. will cover coaching costs for approved coaching courses at the end of season).

  • All officials need a Positive Notice Blue Card for Child Related work. (Our Registrar can help you to apply).

  • It would be beneficial to have a senior first aid and CPR certificate.

  • Register on Play Football Website as either coach and/or manager (volunteer).

  • Be organised and conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times.

  • Allow children to explore the game of football through quality coaching and allow players a positive experience.

  • Ensure you adhere to all club policies and association policies.

Successful applicants will be notified by email, once all nominations have been provided on January 15th, 2020. The Alloway Director of Football will arrange a meeting with successful officials prior to the 2020 season commencing.
